I just left this “doctor’s office.” The front desk receptionist and medical assistant were amazing and very nice. That’s where my positive experience ends. I have an extensive medical history and need to establish myself with a new doctor. I paid $90 for my visit and they had a PA see me. A PA who had no authority to make any type of decision. They were uncomfortable prescribing the anxiety medications I currently take, so this PA proceeds to tell me different meds I should try. She was so ill informed that she was rattling off the brand names and generic names of medications as if they were different from one another. I had to point out her error. She was literally googling on her phone in front of me and mispronouncing most medications. She then offered to refill my RXs and have me schedule with their on site psychologist. I was on board with that. After an hour of waiting, me getting copies of my medical and prescription history, she comes back to say she could not refill my medicat

Worst doctor office experience of my life. She is not professional at all! They are only concerned about the money! She could care less about her patients.

Has been my Doctor for 11 years. Takes the time to talk to you and find out what all the symptoms are. Genuinely cares about her patients. I would highly recommend her :-)

First she is so rude. Did not take time to let me explain anything. Walk out of room when I was still talking and trying to ask question.

I had a very positive and professional experience at Dr. Janki's office. She is knowledgeable about her field and did not wast my time with bogus explanations or fluff. I highly recomned her.
