During my visit I came in with concerns about a few different things. I only had one of my questions answered and was shoved out the door. All of my other appointments have been similar situations. All ending with 'Go see a specialist' and a random blood check. This is my first primary doctor I have seen by myself and I honestly feel hopeless and embarrassed for even mentioning my problems to this doctor.

The first primary I’ve went to in my life and not impressed. She tested me for something I already told her I had. She told me to come back in a few weeks, I did and she acted like she could not be bothered. It’s a draining job, I get it, but people pay you a lot of money for your time. Save the trouble, find another one.

She’s a really nice lady and my impression is that she is a good doctor. However the office she works for has absolutely ridiculous policies. And they make a lot of mistakes if you are a self pay patient. And I’m not talking about making a payment arrangement, I’m talking about showing up with the money. Even getting simple refills is next to impossible. I think. She has way too many patients to deal with. It’s a shame, if she ever open a private practice I would recommend her in a second.

The doctor is very nice, but does NOT engage/connect with my mom. The doctor is very aloof and at times it appears to me that she's NOT listening to my mom at all. She REALLY lacks communication skills with the patients. The office staff make a mess of her meds every month, which sounds exaggerated, but its not. Requests for refills go unheard or are delayed. The WalMart Pharmacy told me they have loads of issues with this Doctor's office.

Have been seeing Dr. Eseverri for years. Sometimes there is a wait, but it is because she really stops to listen to what you are saying and make you feel heard. She has helped me out a lot on various health issues.
