Dr. Patricia Coleman, MD

She is worth the wait. Would you rather someone rush through and generalize your health? Or wait for quality care? It may take more than 15 to 20 minutes to actively listen and then make an informed diagnosis with the proper follow up care. I'm almost back on track and my healing journey started with her. However, I was told that she's no longer at HHHS and if that's so it really sucks. Dr. Coleman, if you ever read this, THANK YOU from the depths of my heart. I'm back on track with the proper insurance. If you're accepting patients would love to have you as my PCP going forward. I hope all is well with you. Stay blessed. Very personable, attentive, and informative. She listens to you and you can tell she’s passionate about caring for others.

This doctor cancels appointment left and right. I really needed to see her one summer, but every single appointment was canceled either the day before or the day of the appointment. I hope that everything is okay, but I received no notice ahead of time and had to keep rescheduling only to have my appointment canceled yet another time. Due to the extreme number of cancelations, I sought out another primary care provider. I was disappointed about this, because when I did have time with Patrica Coleman, I thought she was a kind doctor and an excellent listener who really took the time to explain all of my results. I wish I could have stayed with her, but I need a doctor who maintains appointments when they are scheduled.

Long wait times, rude staff, no accountability for mistakes or lack of inaction. Lack of communication from Dr and staff. Over abundance of appointments canceled by office. Very unprofessional!

Dr.Coleman is a great and very thorough doctor. Now, be prepared to wait a long time. I always make my appointment leave home at the time of my appointment and call the receptionist to say I am on the way. That way when I get there I am on time. But then will wait another hour to see the doctor. All that being said I come back because she listens to you, remembers what was discussed previously and takes her time with you to conduct and overall great exam/follow-up. Love my doctor!!

First visit was most complete exam I have ever had. All of the staff are MSU grads. I am very confident she will find my problem where other Dr.s didn't. Thanks much Dr. Coleman

I was waiting about a month for the appointment. One hour before it I was told that Dr. Coleman cannot make it today, and the next available date is in another 3 weeks. By the way, new patients are bill a fee of $50 for any missed visit. Completely irresponsible doctor - nothing more dangerous. Don't recommend to anyone.

Worst experience ever! 10:00 am appointment, office opens at 9:00 am, Waited in waiting room an hour, two hours in exam room! Ridiculous! No apology or explanation from anyone including doctor about why the wait was three hours. Three weeks to get approval from insurance for test after calling 4 times! No call back regarding results. Found new doctor.
