Over billing/testing. My sprained ankle (left) wasn't improving. The office x-rayd both feet despite images being available. The staff wrapped my foot & I was to come back 2x per week. When I did, I offered to make my co-pay. The staff said "there is no charge if you don't see the doctor" and refused my copay. This was done a few times. They gave me a new brace which is about the same as the one I'd shown. I got billed $55 for each wrapping & the brace cost 4-10x what it would online.
