Her incompetence and lack of attention to detail put my wife’s and newborn daughters life at risk. Without going into too much detail she ordered and administered a blood transfusion for no reason whatsoever, she also took a phone break during the middle of a delivery. It was the most was the single most unprofessional thing I have seen in my life. She makes simple mistakes and opposed to being honest or transparent about it she makes up bs excuses as to why that is what she meant to do the entire time. She should NEVER deliver anyone’s child ever again, she is not physically or mentally capable of doing even a decent job. I do not make these claims lightly, I generally only leave positive feedback or nothing at all, however the damage done is irreversible and I keep one person from a similar situation this review would have been worth it. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a doctor.

The only thing that saves this practice is the friendly front desk staff, assistant and nurse practitioner because the doctor is horrible. She is one of the rudest doctors I’ve ever met. She never seems happy during an appointment and always seems likes she’s uninterested and tired. I noticed her poor bedside manor at my first appointment when she came in and didn’t introduce herself but I stayed with her bc of her extended hours. Since then, she has talked down to her staff in front of me, not apologized for having an hour and a half wait to be seen and forgotten to send in prescriptions. The last straw that finally made me find a new doctor was when I was 8 months pregnant and she scolded me like a child for not allowing her new student to examine me.

I went to see this doctor for my wife, she was having a menstrual bleeding problem for few days apart from her normal cycle, we visited this women's center and Dr. Laura (a Physician) was the primary investigator for this case, she found everything all right and didn't sugggest any medication or didn't even ask to follow up in case the bleeding increases or her physical condition get worse, instead she suggested us to wait I didn't expect such treatment from a renowned doctor like her.

This staff is the MOST unprofessional team, I have EVER dealt with at a doctors office. Therefore, I decided to seek a another doctor. DO NOT waste your time with this office and it is important Dr. Brower and her nurse practitioner have to lose patience do to their staff!

The office staff was very rude and obnoxious. They are clearly uneducated and hate what they do for a living. I would never recommend anyone to this office if they have to speak with these girls to make an appointment. After speaking with them on the phone, I decided to take my business elsewhere. It is unfortunate that you must lose business based on the attitude of your staff; however, there about 100 physicians to choose from locally, & speaking with this doctor's staff isn't worth my time.

The office staff was rude, impersonal, inflexible, and inattentive from my first phone call up to the office visit. I tried to give the doctor a chance but I can't say I've EVER experienced such appalling treatment at a doctor's office by the office staff.

Dr. Brougher is very thorough and caring. She has helped me deliver two babies so far and I have no complaints. She has a fantastic staff and comfortable waiting room. Dr. Brought kept me informed, was very thoughtful about my birthing needs, and kept me at ease during both of my pregnancies and births. She has always kept a very kind and caring beside manner. My husband and family have felt welcome in her office and in the birthing room. She is very supportive of breastfeeding also!
