Dr. Boltz was very informative about my back issues and the appropriate treatment. She is very caring as she spends time getting to know her patients. She administered steroid epidural with very, very minimal discomfort. She was done before I realized it. Highly recommend her for pain management.

I have been a patient of Dr. Boltz for about 12 years being treated for sciatica and cervical pain. First met her through CNI and was so pleased with the results, I followed her to her private practice. She has always been very professional and courteous, and spends time to listen to me and discuss treatment. I have had great results. Pain physicians have perhaps one of the most difficult jobs in the medical profession, distinguishing between real pain and fake pain, particularly during today's drug epidemic. Dr. Boltz's diligence is applauded, although it has probably precipitated some of the other reviews.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Boltz & have referred family & friends to her. I've been a patient of Dr. Boltz for well over a decade. She is very compassionate and cares greatly for her patients. I travel 90 MINUTES 1 WAY to see her & would go much further. Dr. Boltz does pain blocks right in her office - NO NEED to GO TO the HOSPITAL to get your pain blocks! This saves TIME & MONEY plus you aren't exposed to SICK people in her office like you would in a hospital setting. Office runs smoothly & efficiently & staff are knowledgeable and caring. I hope Dr. Boltz never moves or retires because finding another doctor with her level of skill & compassion & who truly cares about their patients equal to Dr. Boltz will be IMPOSSIBLE.

This is my second visit with Dr. Boltz and I love her. Dr. Boltz is the kindest most caring doctor I have met in years, she really cares about the patient and what is going on with them. I was so nervous about my epidural but after talking with the doctor I knew I was in good hands.

I waited about 40 min. . I like Dr. Boltz and her entire staff . I've had epidurals to treat low back and leg pain for several years . Dr. Boltz can give them , pain free . I couldn't say that for other doctors who have treated me .

Doctor Boltz is an excellent doctor. She has helped with my pain issue. Getting an appointment for new patient may take a little while but once she began treating me it has been very easy to make an appointment. You must see her to get refills of meds but that helps her assess your progress so she can adjust meds if needed. She has always treated me as a person that needs to talk to her about my pain. She is not too busy to listen to her patients. I highly recommend Doctor Boltz .

There may be a long wait but that is because she spend as much time as each patient needs with them. She is very helpful in explaining how your pain is generated and the best procedure to help.

Dr. Bolts is an excellent Dr. with great nurses. I don't know if y'all are seeing the same Dr. Bolts as I am but she treats me great. Y'all who are bashing her are obviously drug seekers and she doesn't play that! I give her 5 stars only because I couldn't give more.

I saw this Quack 3 times and never in my life have I been treated like I didn't matter. She was very argumentative.. I've been seeing Drs since may 2011, and not once have I felt mistreated, until Dr Boltz, I've never abused medicine and my record speaks for itself, yet she tried to treat me like an addict off the street. She went so far as to say part of my problem is I'm getting old, worse experience ever, she's very rude and unprofessional. I plan to take further action. No one deserves this

I have seen dr Boltz for the last 5 years. Within that time she has treated me for nerve damage back pain and leg pain. She give me my options and didn't push for a treatment. I have Been able to continue working with minor aches. I definitely recommend her to anyone with back problems.

I went to see this "doctor" when I moved to AL. I had flawless records from my previous PM docs and an excellent and responsible history where my medications were concerned. Yet, she treated me like I was a junky just pill seeking. She raised her voice and talked over me. Listen to the prompt when you call her office. Press 1 for billing. Press 2 for insurance. Press 3 for appointments. That should tell you what she cares about most! And her exam rooms are dirty and not private at all no doors!

This practitioner was abusive. She was manually moving my legs and arms in such a manor that is was an attack. I should have called the police on her. She screamed at me and called my primary to insure I wouldn't get any prescriptions filled. I have never been treated like this by a so- called professional and I would highly suggest anyone thinking of being seen by her to think twice. read all her other reviews which I should have done before I went.
