Dr. Patrice Boddie, MD

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and extreme dissatisfaction with the treatment I received during my recent appointment. I expected to be treated with the utmost professionalism, respect, and consideration for my privacy and well-being. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of these expectations.The events during the examination were nothing short of degrading. I was kept naked for an extended period, without adequate consideration for my dignity and comfort. The presence of various employees entering the room at random intervals was not only invasive but also contributed to an environment that lacked the necessary confidentiality and professionalism expected in a medical setting.During my first appointment the doctor's delay in seeing me was exceptionally prolonged. Despite my arrival on time, I endured an unreasonable and frustrating hour wait ,while undressed sitting in a small paper gown, which is both disrespectful and disregards the value of my time.

First visit was great, no issues. Went back for blood work results, got there at 9:55 for a 10:30 appt. No staff in waiting room, and I saw two young ladies playing with their mask, or not wearing them. 25 minutes later the receptionist returned asked me what time my appointment was and I told her 10:30, the lady next to me said she was the 9:00. I told the receptionist I would come back and pointed our the two girls not in masks. She looked and them and then back to me and said "ok". After rescheduling, I told her I would like to speak to Dr. Boddie and she said ok. I left. About 2 ours later I emailed a staffer to remind her that I had asked to speak to Dr. Boddie. Got no response. The next morning I sent the staffer another email . Called the office a few hours later and spoke to staffer who told me she was busy and had not opened the email. I told her to cancel all my appts and to send me an email confirmed their cancellation. No call from Doctor and no email from Staffer.

Dr Boddie is extremely conscientious, and actually takes time to talk to her patients and make sure they understand their condition and treatment options. She is both my internist and sleep doctor, and she is a gem!

Best Dr. I know. Five stars wait time is better. Helped me with all my problems and she takes time with her patients .

The wait time is at least 2 hours after you appointment just to get into a room! Completely unprofessional. Happens every single time!! Highly unsatisfied.
