I wish there were an option to leave feedback without assigning a star. My elderly mother has been waiting for three weeks for prescriptions for incontinence supplies and referrals for additional home health services. I spoke to her doctor directly about her needs, yet nothing has been done. The staff is disorganized, unhelpful, and constantly shifts blame to someone else. There is absolutely no sense of urgency or genuine care for their patients. This level of negligence is unacceptable.

I give this office a 1 because I cannot give a 0.
This office has a “Dr.” - Neyra. He is the absolute worst. Prepare to die if you are under his care. I’ve called the office 3 times and left messages with the awesome front desk staff (the only good thing in the office) and it’s been 2 weeks and I’m still waiting. My dad goes to see him and doesn’t last 5 min in his office. Yes I’m taking my father out and he’s never going back.

Avoid Dr. Barrett!
Avoid Troy Barrett by all means! Rude, obnoxious, hostile, with zero work ethics and even lower mastership of English. Not sure if he even completed med school: we found no record of him. Would have given it a zero if not for Dr. Neyra, who is great. Recommended this office to a neighbor because of Dr. Neyra, and was told she had a horrible experience - clearly she was unlucky to be seen by Barrett. Hope Dr. Gonzalez reads this and draws conclusions.

Horrible
If I could rate this office a zero, I would. All due to Dr. Barrett. He is the worst doctor. I’ve been trying to speak to Dr. Barrett for a month about my mother’s health and he refuses to speak to me. I’m also her proxy. As per a staff member, he doesn’t want to speak to me and she recommended a different doctor because this is a recurring issue with him. Extremely unprofessional. I’m looking for a different practice for might mother. As well as legal advice.

The staff is Amazing!, the place is clean. I had to wait two hours to be taken care off even thought I was early for my appointment The male doctor who does the internist work for dr, Gonzalez was absolutely awful and condescending. Sadly, Dr. Gonzalez chose to work with him and therefore gets the blame as well. I would stay away from her practice.
