I had a wonderfully informative and remarkably pleasurable meeting with Dr. Perusse today. She is knowledgeable beyond her specialty, which increases the value of any time spent with her. I'm going to have my upper eyelids lifted and completely trust Dr. Perusse with the surgery. Felt grateful and lucky today!

Dr Perusse was 50 minutes late. Didn't explain the procedure, until I asked as she ended the appointment. She spent all of 5 minutes with me. I was then asked to fill out pre-surgical consents for 3 facilities as they were not sure where the surgery would be done. I completely lost confidence when I was asked to fill out the 3 separate consent forms with absolutely no information and told they routinely have patients sign the papers and they fill them in at the end of the day.

I went to Dr. Perusse, for a problem with my eye, lid and brow. She performed surgery, The result was I looked almost the same, I called because of pain, and aggravation with the outcome, they made me wait almost 6 months to see her, and she was unwilling to make this better and was blatantly unwilling to admit it was not done well. I am very upset at her lack of wanting this done the way she said it would be. I still have pain, and still look very much like I did when I first saw her.

The appointments with the doctor cancels very frequently. Out of 5 appointments scheduled , we have 4 appointments canceled. We were awaiting outside the office for about 20 mins past our scheduled appointment as the office was closed and no receptionist was present and later they come and say the appointment is canceled as doctor is out of town. They did not have minimum courtesy to call and let us know about the appointment. I will not recommend especially at the Worcester office.
