Pre-authorization for a process
I have an MRI which needs an approval from insurance. However it’s been more than 1.5 months I have not been sent for an MRI. When I called the insurance, the insurance has not received any call from the MD office. When you call the MD office, the office says that doctor has to call the reviewer. In this country when the person is on the verge of dying then these offices wake up. It is a sad state of affairs. On top of it we call our country as great.

Dr.Kamar, is wonderful doctor if it wasn’t for him my husband would of died of a heart attack at Tulare district hospital. The doctors and nurses was goofing off while my husband waited in the waiting room for 2 hours .The doctors and nurses was laughing and I went to them and told them to get my husband help. They said they were busy. I called Dr. Kumar and less than 20 seconds they were working on my husband and transported him to kaweah delta. He also helped me with my neck injury that was causing to go paralyzed. Our experience with Kumar has been wonderful. His family is awesome and very caring. Bill and Beverly Thrasher

I would not recommend him to anyone unprofessional always late or cancels appts last minute doesnt go over everything and seems to not listen or care will be finding another doctor

I was referred to Dr.Kumar by my regular doctor for a medical condition. Not only was he late but he was unprofessional. Rather then explore all of my options, he basically said that surgery was my ONLY option. When I asked for a second opinion, I was told different. Be very careful

NEVER on time. Wait is usually over 30 minutes. Once he arrives in the office, he is very pleasant, but he's outta there in about 2 minutes. I've had two procedures from Dr. Kumar. My last one was scheduled for 8:30am and he arrived at the hospital after 10am. I didn't get in to my procedure until after 12:30pm. I will no longer be seeing him. I'm going to a Dr. in Visalia. He has a great staff and his office is nice and clean, but it's not enough for me to stay with him.

Late for appointment. Spent very little time. Says bloodwork tests were fine and when asked to review labs, they WERE NOT IN THE MY MEDICAL RECORDS.
