My husband saw her for a routine physical where she asked about past medical history. I said he had a vitamin D deficiency many years ago. I requested a vitamin D test as part of his routine preventative physical. She charged him for an office visit and said in clinical notes she was treating him for a vitamin D deficiency. HE DOESN’T HAVE A VITAMIN D DEFICIENCY. I advise you see someone else. I went to the same practice and saw a different doctor and said when asked about past medical history that I had a vitamin D deficiency and asked for a test. Doctor didn’t charge because it’s covered under preventative screening. The moral of the story is I advise you don’t be seen by Dr. Jafari unless you like receiving bills for conditions you don’t have.
