Dr. Park Bateson, DO

always liked dr. bateson and he is easy to talk to. you cannot ever get a person on the phone, always the machine. not happy i was NOT told he was switching me to one of his residents. never a phone call or letter. the office never informed me the reason he was not seeing his patients only finding out i would have another family doctor. tried calling, of course only a machine. i do not think it was professional that i was not told about switching doctors. unfair to the patient, especially with no explanation. very poor customer service. when i saw the resident for the lst time i was not told this is who i would be seeing, this was over 2 years ago and have not seen dr. bateson since. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO HIS PATIENTS.

Dr Bateson is an awesome Dr. However, the staff are unfriendly, you can’t call and talk to someone. They don’t seem to care about the patient at all. It’s very difficult to get prescription refills or even just an appointment if it wasn’t already scheduled.

I love dr.bateson office, he's very great at listening to his patients and very friendly...You get in and out of your appointments fast never spend much time there. Your first appointment sometimes takes a few months to get into but its so worth it to have such a great doctor. The only problem/ downside i had was the women answering the phones wasn't very Nice seem to have an attitude whenever i called.

I've struggled for years to find a doctor that will listen to me. Dr Bateson is absolutely wonderful! He takes his time and has great bedside manner. Very thorough as well. Kind and compassionate. Nurse is fantastic! Office staff is very nice too. I'm willing to wait in the office to see him because I know he's spending extra time with his patients and going the extra mile. I wish all doctors were like him. He also explains in detail test results and his treatment options. highly impressed.

He himself is a great doctor my son loves him. BUT he recently switched offices and the new office is an answering service. For 3 days I've been calling and leaving messages, even IF I get a call back, my phone rings for 3 seconds then they hang up. All I want to do is make an appointment!!!! Today I was told I have to wait until Monday to try again by the answering services, answering service I've decided nevermind, I switched him to a doctor that does have real secretaries to answer the phone.

It has taken me years to find a doctor I trust and I found I can trust Dr Bateson. I am very picky with doctors and feel if they can't handle me when I am most stressed out with professionalism I can't trust them at all. Dr. Bateson is brilliant and I have gotten both of my Parents to him as well. We are all happy for his knowledge, his time that he takes with each of us, ready to explain and help any questions. Even better, he is not shut off to Holistic medicine rather than pushing pills.

He is great When you finally get to talk to him because his staff is apparently too busy to tell him to return a call. Took 3 calls before his staff would even schedule an appointment. If you are in need but it's not an emergency prepare to suffer.
