I lost my father- due to this office’s inability to communicate, provide proper care. Announcement of retirement 1 day after my father passed away. Interesting.

Dr. Mehta was extremely thorough and provided an abundance of information & answers to my questions! Super friendly & always makes me feel comfortable! Highly recommended!

Dr. Mehta has been my doctor for approximately 4 years. After suffering for several years with GERD, Dr. Mehta meticulously worked with me until a resolution was determined. After having the recommend surgery, I got my life back. Dr. Mehta is patient, consistent and thorough in his practice. I would rate him as the BEST Gastroenterologist in San Antonio. Definitely 5 Stars.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Mehta for about 6 years or so and so glad I was referred to him. He is very informative, patient, friendly and cares about what he does and his patients!! He is respectful yet doesn’t beat around the bush and always has a plan to correct the issue or improve it. It’s not easy seeing certain type of Specialists at times, but when you can see a provider that you trust and is willing to help you with the issue, it’s makes things less stressful! The office staff is friendly, caring and does what they say they will makes you feel better in itself! Good Doctors are hard to find that care and Dr.Mehta truly does care about his patients!! Thank you again for all you have done and continue to help me and my situation!

Very Professional and caring.

I was able to see Dr Mehta quickly and he scheduled tests immediately and was very professional. He also scheduled me for additional test once the endoscopy came back clear! I am very pleased with his service and would recommend and use him again in the future .

This was a 3 year follow up from a previous procedure performed at Fort Sam Houston. Dr Mehta was super informative and helpful. Couldn’t have gone better. Everything was explained in detail, and the procedure was smooth. I would highly recommend Dr Mehta.

From the start of the mailing of the prep to the actual procedure was very smooth and in a timely manner. I was impressed on how smooth everything ran and how quickly we were taken care of. All of the staff were so polite and friendly all the way from the actual person that wheeled me into the procedure room to everyone else including the doctor.

Personally, Dr. Mehta is a very nice person. However, as a doctor, he leaves much to be desired. He was never able to explain the cause of the pains I was experiencing. His office kept dropping the ball to schedule follow up tests, I never received a call back from the doctor following the last round of tests, and was told by someone in his office that he is referring me to another doctor. No explanation. Just that I needed to go somewhere else for care. I obviously was just another paycheck to Dr. Mehta - NOT a patient.

Dr. Paresh Mehta is awesome. Before my procedure, he explained in detail what was going to happen during the procedure. Dr. Mehta and his staff was very easy to talk to, knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Mehta.

Dr. Paresh Mehta is very thorough and caring. He goes out of his way to take care of your gastro problems and makes it a practice to check up on you after your medical appointment or your hospital stay. I highly recommend him as a gastroenterologist. Contact his office if you need this type of care.

Spot on time, very informative and helpful!

I have been a patient of Dr. Mehta’s since September 2018. He has consistently been one of favorite providers. He takes his time, he remembers details of my conditions in between appointments which shows me he treats his patients with compassion and as people, not another number. His staff is, clinical and non clinical, had been professional each time I have been to the office. It’s a comfortable, yet actionable environment in the sense that thoroughness of patient care is priority. I am writing this review as I just searched for his web page to refer yet another friend to him. 5 stars!

Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. You can easily tell Dr. Mehta cares about his patients and helping them in any way.

The staff was polite, informative and helpful. Dr. Mehta and the anesthesiologist made sure that I had no outstanding questions or concerns and was comfortable with the procedure. In spite of the COVID-19 protocols, the office experience was efficient and well run. A very fine team.

I asked my primary care doctor which gastro doctor he would see if he had the problems I do .... terrible acid reflux. My primary care doctor told me that he and his wife are seeing Dr. Mehta so that was good enough for me. I was looking for a third opinion because my previous two gastro doctors have not inspired my confidence. I liked Dr. Mehta very much and I am looking forward to sticking with him. He had some ideas that my other doctors have not had.

Friendly, efficient, and professional. The staff was great-from the front desk to the efficient nurses, anesthesiology and support team. I felt very comfortable.

As a fellow healthcare provider, and patient, I can really appreciate the awesome service and quality of this professional group. Dr Mehta and team are first rate. I can only hope my dental patients feel the same quality experience I had with this group!
