Office staff is a messssssss. Poor communications and have yet to receive test results from either procedure, one was November and another was December 2019. The online portal was not even updated to show I was a patient, revolving door for staff. I contacted his office again on 7/16/20 to request test results, and I was asked if I had the procedure performed?! TWICE THE PROCEDURE WAS PERFORMED WITHIN 3 MONTHS APART. Apparently I have gone missing! Notified the hospital administrator at Northwest Medical and again called 7/16/20 to inform. quack quack quack all the way!
