Dr. Paolo Coll, MD

This doctor should not be working if he treats his patients like they are a bother to him, paid to get attitude from this guy.

Dr. Coll not only knows his stuff backwards and forward, he also knows exactly how to communicate to his patients and families to put them at ease as to what is needed to make the patient do those steps to make them well.

I’ve been attended by Dr. Coll about four times. He has poor bedside manner. He does not listen when you explain what it is wrong and completely negates the experience you had that brought you to his care. My favorite experience with him was at an Urgent Care when I had a spider bite on my leg. It swelled up to the size of a table tennis ball, was blue and purple in color, and was hard and painful. Dr. Coll negated my experience of the spider bite, despite the fact that I witnessed it, and told me I had a clogged hair follicle, which upon a quick search I confirmed it looked nothing like what I was experiencing at all. It had to be drained and I explained to him that I am a faint risk, I didn’t know there was a term for it. Dr. Coll did not believe me and began the procedure. I passed out during the procedure, like I warned him I would. After the nurses stabilized me, he finished the procedure and told me that I should have warned him of my faint risk… when I did… No care or compassion

calling the office about defecating blood and asking for a feces kit test to check for colon cancer the answer was: "go to a gastroenterologist". In no way any referral or guidance who to call; after discussing the secretary says you do not need any referral and because the good efforts of the secretary, she gave us a phone number and we are going to the gastroenterologist. We called four times in 2 days and fought to get the guidance

excellent ucc physician, this memorial ucc had xray in the office. online scheduling. beautiful office, I was treated and left within 40 minutes. super convenient.
