Regardless of the urgency of your matter, this doctor does not treat his patients with the care and concern a doctor should. Originally gave me the wrong referral, run around on the phone between different offices to try and get the right referral sent out .. PICKED up the right referral myself rather than them faxing it (prehistoric ages)... had my mammo and ultrasound..still waiting for the results by the way & I get a call today that apparently he requested another ultrasound & mammo ? ZERO communication between offices. I called to find out if he has my first results .. only to be told to wait some more bc he has other patients and I have no appointment to TALK to him. I'm waiting around to find out if I have breast cancer for a week now... and I'm suppose to wait some more to talk to someone WHO SHOULD HAVE REACHED OUT HIMSELF AS A DOCTOR.. to let me know what's going on. Stay away from this office. No one helps. No one communicates.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pagonis for several years and referred numerous patients as well because I find him to be extremely kind, caring and has a great demeanor and disposition. I love his Medical Assistant, Kim and can not say enough great things about her. Kim has a very outgoing an amazing personality and she is truly wonderful and extremely kind and caring.

I agree with the first review . Stay away from this doctor . He is very impersonal and is not willing to help you. How he sleeps at night is beyond me . If you don’t have any health issues whatsoever and all you need is simple blood work you can go other than that do not leave yourself in his hands or your previous family members . He will fail them unfortunately .

Stay away from this doctor. He is impersonal, unfriendly, cold and uncaring. I felt like I was unwanted guest in his house. He made the most ridiculous excuses not to do his job. After asking me few questions he said I was free to go. He refused to address my problem and told me to come back another time so he could refer me to another doctor. I was looking forward to this appointment for so long and left with tons of unanswered questions. Dr.Panagiotis Pagonis is burnout in his career!!!

Caring , very knowledgable and diagnosed me when other 2 doctors i had gone to were giving me medications that made my sinuses worse... Even better than my e.n.t doctor
