My optometrist referred me to Dr. Rath after finding a spot in the back of my eye. Dr. Rath’s office staff was very efficient and courteous, both in getting me an appointment, and when I was at the office. Dr. Rath herself was knowledgeable and friendly, and patiently took time to answer my many questions. I feel confident in her care, and I have no reservations recommending Dr. Rath to others.

Dr. Rath is a very rude and condescending physician. Her bedside manner is horrible. She needs to be aware her patients can ask questions, her job is to answer these questions in a kind and respectful manner! She acts like she always in a hurry! I'm not questioning her medical care, for the whole 10 minutes she's in the room...but don't bother her for anything out of HER normal procedures because then she's either RUDE and/or CONDESCENDING! I will NEVER recommend her to ANYONE! The office staff and her assistants are wonderful and very kind! Dr Rath, your never to old to learn kindness!

Dr. Pamela Rath more than lived up to her reputation as one of the most skilled, gifted, and competent eye cancer surgeons in the field. Yes, she did remove the cancerous tumor in my eye, but what I found more endearing was her kindness, care, and integrity. She is a blessing in my life.

Not a good experience. She was rude and condescending... not to mention she was very rough during treatment. She spoke as if I did not understand her instructions, turns out it was her mixing up her left and right. She became very impatient and short as if I was ruining her day. She was covering for my regular dr. and I refuse to ever see her again.

Dr Rath was my Mom's doctor and treated her for macular degeneration. She was very professional and explained exactly what the treatment would entail, what she would feel and a thorough explanation of home care after the procedure. My Mom had complete trust in Dr Rath. She went to bat for her when her insurance balked at paying for the injection that she needed to retain her failing vision. After my Mother passed away, Dr Rath sent a sympathy card and a nice note for the family. A+

Dr. Rath diagnosed and treated my uveal melanoma in 2012. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions about my diagnosis, treatment options, and what to expect in the short term and long term. I was very stressed out, having cancer inside my eye. She was concerned, but calming. I highly recommend her.

Very rude and impatient. You feel like she is rushing you out the door. She may be a fine Doctor. My complaints are solely with demeanor and bedside manner. Not one iota of compassion comes from her.
