It started bad and ended worse. I had to wait two months to get an appointment and then they called and cancelled due to a surgery, a few weeks before my appointment, and couldn't get me to reschedule for about 2 more months, in May. I Was getting bad vibes from all this, so I am going else where and I get an appointment within weeks, not months. This is not how patients should be treated, like a number or not important at all!

Dr. McCool is amazing! Her bedside manner is on point, and she treated me with kindness and compassion. Yes, sometimes the wait was longer than I would have liked, but the care she gives is worth the wait. If I ever have anymore babies, I won’t go to anyone else.

She is very nice, however you may be left waiting for hours for your appointment as they do not cancel or reschedule your appointment when she goes to deliver a baby.
