Dr. Hayes is competent. Pleasant and professional. She comes well aware of my concerns and talks at a level I understand.

Dr. Hayes is amazing!! So concerned about her patients quality of life. Never rushes through the appointment. She makes sure you totally understand everything about your health before leaving her office. Although it is usually stressful to see a doctor she immediately puts you at ease and really “hears” you. I’m fortunate that she is my doctor. I would give her many more stars if I could.

The professionalism , sincerity , compassionate and caring attitude of Dr. Hayes and her staff . They’re always there when you need them to provide and educate you on anything you have questions about or for anything you need to help make you better and comfortable as possible. They keep you well informed about everything in regards to your health and condition and prognosis and treatment regimen. I give Dr . Hayes an A plus for her excellent care she gives and professional bedside manners which are above and beyond an A plus as well as her staff . I highly recommend her services to anyone and everyone. God placed me in the right hands for excellent care that I’m receiving under her care. I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. Thanks to you and your staff.

I was referred to Dr Hayes by my Oncology Surgeon. I really didn't know what to expect. I was very new to the idea of having cancer. Needless to say after l found out l had multiple cancer sites l was terrified. Thank God for Dr. Hayes and her staff. I was treated with respect , compassion, professionalism and a bit of humor. I felt comfortable asking questions and asking for clarifications when I did not understand all the answers. When l needed financial help getting my medication they helped me tremendously. It's wonderful to have a Doctor that truly cares about their patients. It's nice to be something other than a chart number. My cancer journey is still ongoing and I am glad to have her on my team.

Dr Hayes has a wonderful bedside manner but I have to wait too long in the waiting room for my appointments. I’ve waited 1-1.5 hours for each of my appointments.

Dr. Pamela Hayes is phenomenal!!! I've been seeing her a blood issues that 3 other doctors have unsuccessfuly been able to treat. She is incredibly intelligent and wonderfully compassionate and kind. She's a fantastic listener and also excels at communicating complex medical matters. She is ready to share her knowledge with in very clear terms as she answers all my questions and carefully reviews my history and family history. She reviewed all my labs with me helped me understand everything and I never felt rushed or unheard. She went into detail of the plan to treat me and long term what I need to do to ensure I see my children, become children (many years from now) sometimes you find an amazing doctor, but the support staff stinks. Not the case here! The staff from day one has been outstanding. Every interaction has been so amazing! I really appreciate all that they are doing for my health.
