Dr. Arenella has been, to this day, the greatest psychiatrist I have ever had. It is hard for many people to "click" with mental health providers. After all, the reason for seeing one is divulging some of one's deepest and darkest secrets. With Dr. Arenella, I never felt judged, insecure, or embarrassed. Yes, there were times I was uncomfortable, but that's part of therapy. She listened and was willing to work with me to minimize meds and maximize other methods of dealing with issues.
