I had a very bad experience with this doctor. After over 30mins wait, I was asked to come in the office. Taking my vitals took longer than an actual visit. I came with a thyroid nodule problem. Doctor Heda asked me a few general questions and ordered a biopsy of ‘nontoxic’ nodule. Right after that she left. I thought she was going to come back but no - I was told that she is with another patient. Being referred for biopsy you would have many questions. I was not able to ask those questions. My appointment lasted 4mins. I was not referred to get more tests done, nothing. She just jumped to conclusions that a nontoxic nodule that has grown 1mm since last exam in January 2018 has to be poked with a needle. Thankfully I have respected and well-known surgeon in my family who happens to operate on thyroid nodules - he advice me not to do biopsy just yet, since it’s not growing and showing any symptoms. To this day no appointment notes were posted on my account. I do not recommend this doctor

She is patient, listens to all of your problems.. and gives you medicines which can improve your health with better results. Best doctor I have seen so far.

I have had Hypothyroidism for many years, and have never seen a endocrinologists! I did some research and found Dr. Heda! My first visit with Dr. Heda gave me the impression that I had made the right choice! Dr. Heda performed thyroid tests that I have never had before and touched my throat and had me swallow! This was a first for me! Dr. Heda is very thorough! She responds promptly to my messages or concerns! I highly recommend Dr. Heda!
