Dr. Padmaja Mallidi, MD

Dr. Mallidi has been my doctor for over 11 years. I am grateful for her kind attention and care. I have a serious blood disorder which is scary but she has managed to balance my meds and has been a source of encouragement. Blue Ridge Cancer Care is an excellent place for treatments and the staff is wonderful as well.

She is very engaging and easy to talk to.She is efficient and gets things done quickly without feeling like I am being rushed.

Dr Mallidi really makes you feel at ease when you are talking about any problems that you may have. There is so much misinformation out there and she shows you how and where to look to find helpful and correct information and solutions you may have. Dr Mallidi has such a strong and straightforward approach as she is so knowledgeable and shows you how to deal with your issues and questions you may have.

Dr. Mallidi has been my doctor since 2016. I returned to BRCC as a prior cancer patient of Hodgkin's Disease back in 1988. I had to return due to a second bout with Adult Chicken Pox that has kept my white blood cell count slightly elevated. She is focused and personable with each yearly visit. I feel very blessed to have her and everyone at BRCC as part of my healthcare team.

Dr M has been an excellent health provider and is well respected for her knowledge.

Dr. Mallidi has been involved in my care for 19 years, and has been an excellent physician at all times, very interested in my progress and always prepared to initiate any treatments as needed before a potential crisis could develop. My case has been complex from the very beginning in 2005, involving chemo in 2005 and an autologous stem cell transplant in 2009. I have been in remission since '09, but she and I know that the price of restored health and life is constant vigilance. I am 80 and am here, keying this because of Dr. Mallidi.

This was my first visit to Dr Mallidi. She was very thorough with all information about my diagnosis. She explained everything in terms I understood. She even asked if I had seen my CT scan and showed it to me and explained everything. She also listened to everything had to say and answered every question. She is very caring and seems very interested in my well being.

She doesn't hurry through your visit and listens to whatever questions you have. She takes time to explain your questions. She is a super smart physician who is down to earth.

Dr. Mallidi is an exceptional physician. She always takes time to answer questions, and offers clear explanations. Beyond treating me for stage 3 lung cancer for almost three years now, she just last week noted an anomaly in my appearance that has led to early intervention for another major health issue. I am very grateful for her diligence, attention to detail, positive energy, and most of all, compassion.

Dr. Mallidi offers patient-centered care and planning for treatment. She is knowledgeable, an attentive listener, responsive to patient concerns and works with the patient to tailor treatment to individual needs. I also appreciate her warmth and openness. Cancer treatment options can be quite harsh and Dr. Mallidi brings much-needed holistic understanding as well as clinical expertise. I remain grateful for her presence and practice wisdom.

Dr Mallidi is very friendly, very good listener, and good doc. She explained what I had wrong, what I should do and helped me understand that what other docs had me afraid of what she would find wasn't there and my problems weren't as bad as other docs thought. Or at least that's what I understood.
