This doctor is like the TV Dr. House. I went to alot of doctors in the States and he was the only one who listened and corrected my condition. He explained what I had and how to manage it like a teacher would. He really wanted me to understand. I was recommended to him by one of his fellow collegues while I was in Florida and am so glad I made the trip to visit him.

Dr. Lopez is just a standard ENT. His secretary Ms. Patricia is very rude. She immediately asked for your insurance or to collect the money cash. I had being in other doctor ofc's and they are more attentive and cordial.I understand that she had been working there since the first day but that doesn't give her the authority to treat the patients so rude. The Doctor should chance his staff because that is the front of his business. He is losing patients for that reason.The ofc need a makeover.
