My surgery went excellent, however, I am concerned and feel like there should be more counseling on NIGHT DRIVING and STARBURST with these lens. I thought it would be better, however, seems to be getting worse and NOONE knows why or what to do to correct this horrible glare/starburst at night and driving safely. My cataract was bad with the star burst, however, the lens implants are worse. My only help is to double up on the dark sunglasses given to me after the surgeries and it cuts down somewhat on the glare, however, I have to wear both pair at the same time to cut down on the starburst and glare... Something not right?

My cataract surgery with Dr. Bennett Walton from Slade & Baker Vision went extremely well. Going into the surgery, my expectations for success were high; Dr. Walton did not disappoint. The surgical preparation, surgery, recovery, and follow-up care were smooth and virtually painless. The results immediately showed significant improvement in my vision. He certainly possesses a highly-skilled surgical expertise in opthalmology.

A coworker recommended Slade & Baker for LASIK surgery to me and the total experience has been outstanding. The staff from the front desk to the nurse that holds your hand during the procedure could not have been more friendly or caring. Dr. Walton who performed the procedure was awesome and has seen me at each of my follow-up visits. I now have 20/20 vision again and could not be more pleased. I highly recommend Dr. Walton and the team at Slade & Baker.

Dr. Walton did LASIK on my eyes in May and I went home and slept for 4 hours. I woke up with perfect vision. In fact even better then 20/20. I did a lot of research when searching for a LASIK surgeon. I'm an emergency room doctor and would not settle for anything less then the best. After reviewing the incredible work that Dr. Walton has done in the area of refractive surgery I trusted him completely with my eyes. He is on the cutting edge of technology. Recommend to all!

I researched Dr. Walton before seeing him as a patient and was confident that he was exceptionally well trained and among the very best, yet it was his attention to his patients and personal warmth that really set him apart from other physicians and surgeons these days. Each staff member I encountered in my visits to Slade & Baker reflected Dr. Walton's commitment to a patient-centered experience resulting in the best office visits I have ever had. In one word, I must say he is exceptional.

Dr. Walton's expertise and attention to detail made me feel confident in my decision to have him correct my vision with LASIK surgery. Had I known what a life changing experience it is to no longer depend on contact lenses and glasses for correcting my vision and how comfortable both he and the Slade & Baker staff made the entire experience I would have had this surgery years ago. The outcome exceeded my expectations and I plan to visit Dr. Walton for any future ophthalmology needs.
