Small, personal practice. Takes his time and listens. No rushing through appointment. Respects your appointment time slot with very little wait (only one or two people in waiting room). Also respects my preference to AVOID use of drugs to address health issues (for hbp, high triglicerides, prediabetes) by working on diet, exercise, and alternative route. AND willing to test blood markers again in 3 months to check progress (NO statins for me!). After testing for lowT, also implementing TRT (testosterone). Would also consider do IV vitamin infusions in the future.

When you’re picking a primary care physician from a list you never know what you’re gonna get. Dr. Carmona exceeded my expectations and I am so pleased that I chose him as my PMD. Most MD visits, in my experience (and I’ve always avoided them like the plague), leave you feeling like you’re just a number, like they are rushing the visit without much thought or attention. Dr. Carmona has great bedside manner, he is open to questions and concerns and was thorough in his assessment. The office location was great with ample parking and easy access. All of which made the visit seamless and an overall pleasant experience. Would recommend him without hesitation.
