Exceptional
Dr. Batugal has been through dark times during significant neurological issues. He and his staff were instrumental in getting me channeled to the correct rehab facility, the best neuro doctor. I won't ever leave him! His caring and concern are so important to a patient, especially if they don't have a medical background. I'm a retired registered nurse. My ex-husband is a physician. My ex-in-laws are physicians. Thankfully, I am able to understand the complexities surrounding illness/disease. For those less fortunate, it's imperative that the physician is able to explain the problem(s) in layman's terms. Dr. Batugal is perfect!

I had a bad experience with Dr. Oscar Batugal. He did not examine me when I went to his office for a small lump in my breast that turned out to be cancerous. He even told me that there was no reason to be alarmed if the lump gets bigger and considered it benign.....I am now undergoing chemotherapy. He hesitated making a referral to have a mammogram....very unprofessional

The excellent, efficient service provided by the office staff completely reflect the excellent, knowledgeable, friendly, considerate, effective service provided by Dr. Batugal. I was seen on time. Dr. Batugal listened to my list of questions, answered them with respect, kept me apprised of the processes taking place and NEVER acted condescending to me. This was one of the best experiences I have had with a medical professional. I will recommend him highly to anyone who needs a doctor.
