Very The experience was very positive

My experience with my doctor was great. She communicated clearly. She was very compassionate towards my issues. I appreciated the encouragement she gave for my challenges I was experiencing. In climate of craziness that our world is in today, it was refreshing to receive top pier bedside manner. It ease my stress in the moment of our call.

My PCP went on unexpected leave for 3 months without leaving any refills on my medications. I had a herniated disk and was suffering from ptsd but none of the on call docs would refill my pain, anxiety or sleep medications. Dr. O was the ONLY one who actually looked at my records, saw I was under the care of a psychiatrist and pain specialist and that I had valid conditions that required those prescriptions. She refused to just let me suffer like the others and treated me like a patient instead of writing me off as a drug seeking addict. I am so grateful to her. She's my new PCP.
