The worst customer service ever!! People in the front desk are very rude and unprofessional. Doctor Santandreu is amazing, a really good Doctor, but unfortunately the staff is so horrible.

Dr Santandreu took good care of my mom, he evaluated her condition and recommended and preformed the proper procedure. I am so grateful to Dr Santandreu for taking good care of my mom!

I waited for 8 months for my appointment. I have a strong pain, so a week and 1/2 ago, I went to the Dr's office to confirm my appointment. Nobody said a word, everything was ok. Then, just 2 days before my appointment I was informed that it was rescheduled, that I won't see dr Santandreu. Instead, my appointment was changed -WITHOUT MY CONSENT- to see 'DOCTOR' BRIDGETTE PAYNE. I did my research and I found out that Bridgette Payne is a PA and NOT A DOCTOR. A PA can receive patients ONLY under a doctor supervision. However, she is receiving patients when Dr Santandreu is not in the office. It is so sad and unprofessional to be treated in this way. I'm a patient who is in pain, who had surgery with this doctor, and who always pays 'doctor' appointments and not PA ' appointments'. There is a point when you have to remember your Hippocratic oath; '...I'll enter them for the benefit of the sick, avoiding any voluntary act of impropriety or corruption...'

He is amazing !!!! Incredible !!!!!! Listen to everything. Words can’t describe how amazing is this doctor!!! God protect him always !!!!

The worst customer service ever!! Today, I called Dr. Santandreu’s office because I heard he is a good doctor and I really wanted to schedule an appointment with him. However, I didn’t get to make an appointment with him because he has a terrible staff. I called his office 4 times and none of the people who pick up the phone could tell me if the doctor accept my insurance and his available hours to make an appointment. The last person I talked to hanged up on me.

Well as I was reading some review of Dr. Santandreu And got to say I don’t like some of it but everybody have an opinion of their selves I got to say when I was need of help I wasn’t getting anyway And I google & google on till I find him And it’s like a dream came true for me and my boyfriend yes the wait is very long but I do not mind waiting for a doctor that know his job I Appreciate everything he as done for me and still doing !!!! ?? I’m hoping and praying now to succeed from everything

He's an fantastic doctor knowledgeable fantastic rapore. Puts you at ease. However his staff is deplorable they over book don't answer phones have bad attitudes. If you do manage to get an appointment bring lunch, dinner and a snack! You will be there far longer than you think. Doc Orlando if you ever read this you need to take control over your staff!

His office is ran by clowns that over book 50 ppl in one hour. You're there for 5-6 hours on the waiting room. The latest I've left his office was 2am. They have no consideration for ppl time. The worst place to go.

I love Dr. Santandreu but trying to get an appointment is the worst! I've been calling for 2 weeks. Leaving messages and never getting a call back. Ive called from 8am to 4:30 pm and nothing.

I meet Dr. Santandreu in Jan, 2011 he delivered my first child at Flushing Medical Center. I adore Dr. Santandreu he is such a great Dr. and makes you feel like you are his family. I am expecting my second child and even thu the wait is terrible, I decided to go back to him with my second pregnancy. I have waited 3 hrs to see him. Just make sure you are not in a rush and have ate something before you go to see him.

He is the one caring and professional doctor,but his staff ruined his reputation,very hard to make a appointment,sometimes it can take a week ,even scheduled appointment messed up with day and time. Please,Dr. Santandreu take more control your office management!

He is excellent. It was my first visit and I am 33 weeks pregnant. He is very professional, checked everything, controlled all my previous medical records. His attitude was perfect as well. I feel so relaxed and satisfied with the answer he gave to all my questions. I appriciate his patience altough it was a bad and busy day for him...

Good doctor but awful office experience, 1 appointment scheduled every 10 minutes, with a minimum wait time of no less than 3 hours.

I love Dr. Santandreu, but his office staff's scheduling ability is totally inept. So far, all of our appointments have been delayed and one had to be rescheduled, so they gave us a date more than two weeks later, even though we are waiting to hear test results.
