Dr Florere has been my Pain management doctor for over a decade now. I started seeing him back when he had the practice near baptist hospital on prudential. Drive, he has been a great provider from interventional medicine which relieves lot of the pain i go through as well as medications he has giving my life a higher quality to were i could do more than I couldn’t do before. I live Dr. Orlando but his workers is so nasty and disrespectful I would not recommend o one to go to this office sadly. The lady Dona in the front desk is very rude to me and my family, Every time we call we can’t reach nobody and nobody call us back and when the lady did Donna she was very rude and me and my family thinking about looking for a new practice and doctor because i do t want to be anywhere where me and my family treated wrongly. We asked for a manager in the office but the lady Donna wouldn’t get the manager in the office she was rude and told me she can’t do that and I asked for my Doctor who is Dr.Orlando and she said he was out until next week. So I emailed the email on the business cards and waiting on the manager PERRY COLE to get back with me.

Dr. Florete has been my doctor for over twenty years he is my doctor, friend and healer and if I could rate him over 5 star I would. He is very patient and kind and has monitored me and kept me safe. I am so proud he has been so good to me and my family. I have never run into any problem with his staff. I have a severe condition of cervical t orticallus and he made sure I got the updated treatment for this condition. Once I could not make my appointment and he got on the phone and treated me by this method. I always want him to know this lady from ga. would travel any distance for his care. I have always worked in the medical field but whe n it came time for me to quit work he helped me with my disability and it made a big difference physically and financially. He is my super hero and a silent angel on my shoulder. I will never forget his experience and I absolutely trust him with my life.

He is a excellent pain doctor he and his PA’s listen to what is the issue and try to help you the best they can. Wait time in waiting area might be 10 or 15 minutes.

He causes more pain than helping reduce pain. I submitted correction to my medical records, and I was shocked to be told by Dr. Florete that his MA creates 95% of the report and he only does 5%. There is a lot of inaccuracy and when it was brought to his attention, he did not like it. Medical billing is a nightmare with his staff. Will not see him again.
