She forced me to take medication that almost killed me and I didn't even have the illness that she misdiagnosed me with.

She seemed more interested in how we thought my brother was doing, than explaining his mental health issue. Post op paperwork was confusing. Learned more through NAMI and online than when speaking with her and my brothers case worker. She even told myself and family that one of the medications (mood stabilizer) he was currently taking she wasn’t worried or cared if he continued to take. I would have liked an explanation as to why, or wished I thought to asked. The intake appointment they scheduled for him the following day, after being released was cancelled because they weren’t contracted with his insurance. You think they would schedule their patients suffering with mental illness at a place that either takes their insurance or provide them with someone who does. We left feeling confused and frustrated.
