Very sweet and caring and competent.
Dr. Townsend was a great doctor. He's been my primary care since the day I came to Seattle. He's taken care of me ever since. He's always been on time and would spend as much time as needed with you to make sure he's address all your concerns. He recently switched to geriatric patients after taking a sabbatical to care for is ailing mom. I wish him the best, anyone in his care should rest assured they're in the best hands.

I seen Dr. Townsend Oren for 10+ years, I highly recommend him as your future doctor. When I’m sick the nurses are very prompt to return my call and if it’s urgent he always makes the time to see me even if he had to cut short his lunch! Very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain his concerns also he listens to my concerns, so I’m very happy to have him as my primary MD. I have been a patient of Dr. Townsend for 3 years and find him to have superior expertise, timely communication, and a compassionate 'bedside' manner. His care for my acute and long term issues has been excellent. I implicitly trust him with my healthcare and I feel lucky to have him as my primary doctor.

I am Dr. Townsends patient and could not be happier! At almost 70 years old, I have never experienced such a caring and attentive doctor! His staff is equally incredible! I never feel rushed when I am in the exam room, and have also received good advice with phone questions.

1) Walked with a completely broken fibula after seeing Dr. Townsend's PA twice. My leg was never x-rayed! After three months I returned and demanded my leg be x-rayed. It was a nightmare. 2) While on vacation, out of state, I was hospitalized for a heart workup due to an irregular heartbeat. When I returned to follow up with Dr. Townsend, he didn't send me to a cardiologist which is exactly what I should have done because I had high doses of mantle radiation for hodgkins lymphoma.
