Dr. Onyinye Agim, MD

I’ve been to Dr. Agim a few times, but ultimately decided to move to another PCP. The clinic itself is outdated, and not in the safest area. She didn’t assess me during my in-person visit. She only spoke to me, which I thought was odd. Her front desk staff are very disorganized, and a bit rude. There’s only one young lady there that was always pleasant, but I don’t remember her name. With the tele-visits, they also forgot to call me at my scheduled time. Major reason I decided to start going elsewhere. Dr. Agim is very polite, but also very cold and standoffish. If you want a doctor who will make you feel heard and seen, she’s not the one.

Our company switched insurance this year, so I had to find a new PCP. Let me tell you, I would have rather just paid out of pocket than to have with to Dr. Agim's. Not a single staff member emailed or called saying the protocol for patients once entering the facility b/c of the current COVID-19 state. Yes, I mean they didn't let me know if I was required to wear a mask, to sit apart from other patients...none of that. The location is terrible. The facility inside, is just outdated and you feel like you're walking into a bootleg physicians office. The staff that she has helping her, where do I begin. They're not the most competent. This is before I even had ONE service rendered, so I knew the experience was going to be less than. She didn't do the neurology exam. She barely spoke. She did a half job on my annual check-up. Her staff instructed me to call them back at a certain time and date so they could give me lab results, yes not that they would call me but for me to call them.

She is one of the best doctors ever. She listens to your complains and takes her time to listen to you even the problem you didn't originally schedule for. I recommend!!!

Dr. Agim is truly amazing. Her attention to detail is wonderful. She is patient, caring and she Listens. I appreciate her level of knowledge and her pleasant and positive mannerism. Her staff is just awesome! The office smells welcoming, calm and always clean and organized. Dr. Agim is a STAR!!
