I would recommend AGAINST going to Dr. Touboul. His staff is very unfriendly and when you make an appointment you can be sure he will run 30 minutes late but if you are late or something comes up he will charge you the first chance he gets. I booked an appointment for a physical and when I got there he told me he could not do the physical because the booking was done incorrectly but he charged me anyways. Then when I re-scheduled I got a call to confirm my appointment. I said I could make it but

I love Dr. Touboul, great office staff, pa and doctor. I have been going to Dr. Touboul for many years and he always is able to make time to see me when I make a last minute appointment because I have waited too long. He takes the time to talk with you and makes sure that he handles all potential issues. I strongly recommend this doctor.
