Super Pleased!
The Dr. is amazingly bright, attentive, and thoughtful. Those same words apply to Sam who assists him. Sam has repeatedly gone out of his way for us. Both are over the top. Few great doctors have such great support.

Great doc. Pitiful office support
Have had 2 good experiences with Dr. Abiodum. My experiences with his office have been many times that and not a single one has been good. IF you can get someone on the phone (seldom) don't be surprised if you're put on hold and left for the afternoon. IF you leave a message, don't be surprised if it takes WEEKS for a response - even when you're asking a clinical question. If you can skip his office staff, I think you'll like him. I've sadly moved on to an office with a staff I can contact.

Late to procedures regularly
Laying in pre-op for an hour and 15 minutes waiting for the doctor to show up. He has a narcistic attitude. Th staff at the Baylor Scott Surgicenter provided me a Starbucks card to help take the edge off the late arrival of the doctor.

Ridiculous wait time, ok bedside manner
Arrived on time to appointment after filling out paperwork ahead of time, something went awry and I had to fill it out all over again. Waited over two hours to be seen, and Dr. A was completely unbothered. Made a snarky comment about taking so long to be seen because everyone wants a lot of his time when they’re in the room. That’s fine, but have your staff give your patients a heads up so they aren’t sitting in the waiting room for hours. Found he interrupted quite a bit, which was frustrating. Trying someone new.

Horrible customer service in office personnel
With a new diagnosis of colitis and in pain, trying to get in to this office was a nightmare! Lost paperwork, never called as stated, once processed would not switch doctors for faster treatment, when discussed with the issues, office staff simply said okay goodbye without any effort to help, discuss, resolve or apologize. It took daily calls to initiate & follow up on their processes. The doctor may be good - his staff is inept and uncaring especially to patients in pain.

I couldn't ask for anything better, I suffered with stomach pain for 3 years, no other doctor could've told me, what was wrong, but Dr. Abi was able to diagnose and treat me in less than 2 month from my first visit with him.

If we could leave a zero we would. After a referral from our Pcp, who spoke highly of him, My husband never met w/Dr. A. He had been scheduled for an appt. for over a month since he was new patient. My husband is quite ill at this point. Been to the E.R. and we've now had an appt that was first a consult on the 15th @330pm, then changed to telemed @4pm via text. Then after getting online for the telemed appt, Dr. Abiodun NEVER CALLED. Doing as told by the messge on the screen, we called the office. HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE! Called again Tuesday after the snowmageden happened. Again, had to leave another message and the power went out, for 29 hours. My husband called Feb. 22,2021 & gets told they had a "server failure" & someone will call him back! NOT! We had a server failure also & ours was back up on Thursday. Today I called in to get an appt. Got a 130 appt. Never was told telemed. It was really bad. showed up at office then told telemed. I was furious. It was 115,MA-said no OV!

after an ER visit, I made appointment with Dr Abiodun. He and his staff were very warm, welcoming and caring. It was a late afternoon appointment but he took the time to explain what I needed and placed personal call to the surgeon I needed to see, making sure he was available. AWESOME

Brought my son in for continued stomach trouble. He spent maybe 5 minutes with us before he dismissed us. Walking out my son said" Wow Mom". Took him to another doctor and was taken care of and issue was resolved. Dont waste your time or money.

Great bedside manner. But his office staff really ROCKS !!! They were so helpful and they really took the time in making sure they answered all my questions. This is very important. In fact the Dr could be great but his office staff can make or break his practice.

I was a patient of Dr. Abiodun for almost two years. He was always an hour, usually more late for my appointment. He treated me as if he were a psychiatrist asking many personal questions, wasting valuable time for my medical needs! He did nothing to help my digestive problems, they only got worse. His best asset is designer clothing.

He was extremely knowledgeable about my disorder which is rare. He's makes getting an colonoscopy fun & comfortable. What I mean by fun is he had music going & he was dancing around the procedure room making me laugh. It was awesome!! He's not arrogant & takes the time to explain what was found during the scope. I would recommend Dr. Abiodun to my family & friends.
