Dr. Olga Tverskaya, MD

Somehow despite appointments I still have to wait up to an hour to be seen. She is dismissive, doesn't bother to look at you or follow up. After reporting my concerns to my insurance she dropped me as a client instead of being a better doctor. She stated in a letter I was dropped because I missed an appiontment. ( 1 appiontment that is not on any of my medical calendars) I have become legally handicapped, had heart attacks, cancer, and what not. She has NEVER been helpful or useful. Always dismissive.

Horrible staff

Dr is very dismissive, claims to never know what is going on. Also when asked about previous phone calls, claims to never have gotten them.

Generally doctor is always careful and helpful.

Excellent doctor, who assures the patient you are her top priority during your visit. I was very nervous about a few things, she is so nice and I left feeling relaxed and in good hands. I'm in my 65s and suddenly am being tested for everything. I recommend her highly (and already have to friends and family members!).

I have been Dr. Tverskaya’s patient for over 20 years. She never failed me. She is a wonderful doctor: knowledgeable, caring and dedicated to her patients. She is very responsible about finding the right treatment for your condition or referring you to a trustworthy specialist if need be. She helped me many times over the years and literally saved my life when I called her office to ask for advice when I had an unusual head ache and was lethargic after I fell and hit my head. She listened to a description of my symptoms and insisted that I go to the emergency room immediately. It turned out she was right and I had an emergency brain surgery that saved my life. Her staff is very professional and compassionate. I cannot say enough good things about them. Dr. Tverskaya is the best primary care physician I ever had and I trust her completely.

A Real doozey! Always way behind .Wait time is way too long. Pays no attention to what you say,head always in the computer. Snippy, I think she is only interested in the money for her next vacation

I was a patient for yrs. in the beginning Olga was the best but then she became complacent. The stethoscope barely touched my back & she went so fast there's no way she could hear my lungs. It's an hour or longer wait in the waiting room. When you do get in she rushes you out an example is a family member went to her with pneumonia Olga said she was fine that person got a second opinion & is in the hospital.

Went to see the doctor and she determined that I was too sick to drive myself to the hospital so she called an ambulance to take me to Kent. After a grueling night of tests I was discharged the next day. I returned to the office to find they had towed my car! Shipped me off in an ambulance and then tow my car? And then blame me for it and refuse to cover the towing fees even though they admitted it was a mistake? Clearly don't care about their patients.

This is the first time i have had a doctor that makes me feel like she cares. She is straight forward, she makes sure you are comfortable with her and with your medications. She also has a phenomenal staff. I couldn't of found a better doctor!

I will recommend her practice without reservation.
