A true professional that gets results!
1 1/2 year ago I got my first appointment with Dr. Olena Hungerford. My A1C at the time more than 9. I weighed was 300 pounds.I promise Dr. Hungerford I will work with her and do everything she asked me to do. In return for helping me lower and keep off my weight.Today, I weight 260 pounds, and my A1C is almost 6.Dr. Hungerford is a tried doctor, her knowledge and skills are really and rapidly bring results.Her dedication to her patients and patients needs are her priority.You do your part, the Doctor does hers and everybody wins.I highly recommend Dr. Olena Hungerford and I am the luckiest person for having been referred to her.I have and continue obtaining the health benefits I was looking for a long time.I have truly benefited from her skills and her continuous follow ups and treatment.If you happen to find yourself in my previous health situation? Then you have too much to gain by being her patient.To me, Dr. Olena Hungerford is a true professional. The Best.

I was there for lab works. The staff (receptionist ) looked so preoccupied that she did not even look at the patient coming in to check in. The one who drew my blood did not introduce her self nor verify my identity before drawing the blood. Isn’t this basic? When I told her that my torniquete was too tight she reapplied it the same way without even apologizing no verbal interaction at all. I’m not trying to put them down but I hope this will help them improve the quality of service for better patient satisfaction . Thank you.

Like many other people,I also agree that the person who answers the phone is rude.Schedulling an appointment is like pulling teeth.Luckily,the doctor is great.Olena Hungerford is an excellent doctor. Schedulling an appointment was a nightmare.Tatiyana who answered the phone was RUDE and Unhelpful.She will find any bogus excuse for NOT schedulling an appointment.
