I took my son in to the emergency room for a badly gaping wound on his lip that my ped said needed stitching. She barely looked at his injury or inside his mouth, didn’t even clean it other than a quick spritz of saline and then stitched it up like she was unsure of what she was doing . Left me feeling very uneasy . Left the room and never came back to at least say feel better or give follow up care instructions. Nothing. 2 months later and I am still having to take my son to doctors and dentist to continue checking This injury that has healed but still doesn’t look back to normal. Praying for this to get better but I just know that if she would’ve taken better care of him in the ER we wouldn’t be in this situation. Very disappointed and upset about it. Do not take your child to her in the ER . Ask for another doctor or plastic surgeon. Horrible bedside manner.
