This man saved my life- A incredibly knowledgeable doctor-Dont even think about hesitating- he knows what hes doing. Theres a reason why hes Chief of Robotic Surgery and a AP- He pretty much diagnosed me at my first visit and called me on a Sunday night 4 days after my biopsy to confirm his diagnosis. I saw him 2 days later and he explained all of my options and answered every single question I had. 4 weeks later I had a 5 hour robotic surgery-His bedside manner is fabulous! Dont hesitate I see him in the Montegue office- He runs on time! No fooling around. But be prepared to wait if you are late for your appointment because he will skip over you. So be on time! I dont really care about the staff. At the end of the day it?s the doctor that is treating you- not the staff.

I had an appointment at their Clarkson Ave office. Made it several weeks ago, and even made sure to get here 20 minutes early to fill out the paperwork. I waited 2.5 hours and ended up leaving without being seen. They were so backlogged with patients, people were waiting in the waiting room and hallways. The way they schedule patient appointments here is completely atrocious. I've never experienced such incompetence and disregard for a patient's time like this. Shame on you guys!
