Dr. Odett Stanley-Brown, MD

Dr. Stanley-Brown is the most phenomenal medical professional I have ever met. She takes the time to hear your children, speak to them and let them feel comfortable with their medical care. She is never rushed, she is understanding, patient and kind. We drive over an hour to have her care for our children and it is worth it. Dr. Stanley-Brown is a blessing to not only our family but each child she cares for.

Dr. Stanley Brown is concerned about the overall wellness of our children and it shows in the level of respect and communications with them.

We were never really over-the-moon about Dr. Brown but liked her a decent amount until my son’s 6m appointment. We went in and told her we were concerned he might have a tongue tie. Before I could even explain the concern she said no. Then I proceeded to give multiple valid reasons for my concern and she shrugged it off and refused to even entertain the idea of a tongue tie. So I made an appointment at an ENT because I knew something wasn’t right and would you look at that he has a tongue tie! If it would’ve gone un-diagnosed my son could’ve ended up with major speech delays among other issues. Dr. Brown is very by the book and knowledgeable, but unfortunately not very personable. Every time we go in she pushes and pushes that we need to be reading to our son daily but doesn’t care to listen to our genuine concerns? Unfortunately this was our experience and we are finding a new pediatrician who will listen to us when we come in with concerns.
