Horrible receptionist, Madeline
I was contacting the doctor with the issue that the front desk made. The prescription was missing the doctor's signature. Madeline picked up the phone and was very rude saying "I f....ing fax it to you already" Beyond professional and unacceptable. She needs to be fired.

Wonderful doctor
So grateful for Dr. Preis, he is such a real, genuine person and truly cares for your child. He is extremely knowledgeable and puts your mind at ease with his knowledge of all things medicine with kids. He is very warm and affectionate and I am so thankful to have been recommended to him. My sons are in the best care with him as their doctor. Only draw back is waiting time in the office and limited office hours.

My son was premature and I have to say that there is no doctor in New York who will take care your kids better than Dr. Preis....We trust him 100%. with his decisions and care. His knowledge about premature kids is above and beyond. Unique personality......We are truly grateful and lucky to have him as our kids doctor....My husband thinks he is second after G_D.

i have known dr preis for over 29 years and i can vouch for him all day long the only dr that is better then him is g-d but after g-d its dr preis thank you doctor for all these great years

If you want to deal with the AWFUL receptionist staff here then be my guest but they are lazy and incompetent human beings. They will also not bill things correctly like they told me I'd get my first visit payment back. When my son's insurance did come they refused to bill it; thus I never got my money back. Even after I asked about it several visits in a row and my insurance told me if they sent it that it would be covered. Great to get brushed off. The doctor is good but not worth effort.

We love Dr. Preis!!!! my boys are very comfortable with him. Usually children are afraid to go to the doctor but my kids just want to go all time there just to say Hi. He is a great neonatologist and he have trust him since day one since my boys both premature babies where in the NICU. I can only say thank you Dr. Preis.
