Dr. Oanh Bui, DO

In the year 2023 I went to see this doctor as I was experiencing symptoms of an ovarian cyst rupture. I had informed her that I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2020. She failed to take the steps needed to identify if it was an ovarian cyst rupture. Instead she stated that I had anxiety. A year later I had a similar symptoms and I went to a different obgyn and she had acknowledged my feelings and did the proper test and confirmed that I had serval cyst on my ovaries and that a cyst had bursted. DR.Bui displays a lack of compassion for patients very unprofessional.

Her staff in the front have the nastiest attitudes in the world. She doesn’t take her practice very serious at all. Very unprofessional and disgusting customer service. Please do not waste your money or insurance benefits here.

STAY AWAY!!! Dr. Bui incorrectly diagnosed me several times over a year. I kept going back to her with the same symptoms only for her to continue to call in the same antibiotic over and over and never cure my symptoms. After requesting to see another doctor in the practice, (Dr. Castillo) he ran additional tests on me and determined that the antibiotic Dr. Bui had been prescribing me would not cure the specific infection I had. I suffered for a year under the care of Dr. Bui and when I would ask her questions as to why I wasn't getting better, she would insult me, degrade me, and tell me I didn't have a medical degree so I didn't know what I was talking about. After receiving the test results from Dr. Castillo and having new medication prescribed for me, I am now going through treatment I could have gone through a year ago if Dr. Bui had just given me the courtesy of listening to me and my concerns and symptoms. Dr. Bui should be investigated by the Texas Medical Board for all these horrible patient experiences. No doctor should have a license to practice medicine the way that she does.

Best clinic I’ve ever been to! All the staff members are wonderfully informed, kind and helpful, from scheduling to explaining test results! The doctors (mine in particular is Dr. Bui herself though I have seen others too) are always present. They are willing to step up, answer questions and be honest whether it be for test, treatment, medications, procedures etc. Everything is carried out from start to finish with impeccable bedside manner and consideration of the patients comfort. I have to shout-out Ms. Chansey and her lab team. They make blood test smooth, painless and keep an easy joyful atmosphere. The building is buzzing with clean energy, as are each and every room in this clinic. I HIGHLY recommend Cypress OBGYN to anyone looking for top medical care! Please give them the opportunity to show you how amazing medical treatment can be.

I was pregnant with my second child. I was treated horribly by her. She blurted my HIV test out loud in front of her staff, and 2 patients also heard. That violates HIPAA laws. There’s other problems I had during and after labor.

They never get my appointments right and the nurse has said twice that I have 2 appointments 5 days apart why would I do that And she wants to see me allot. I live an hour away. It has been nuts. And refused to fill thyroid medication.

I tried to make an Appointment an Asian Lady with a heavy Accent answered the Phone she said that since I didn't have my Insurance information om hand she told me that I couldn't Schedule an Appointment . She HANGED up on me . Dr. Bui is Staff is Rude I been going to the Facility for 10 years and (WOW) Horrible Customer Service no wonder women don't feel Comfortable going their anymore . DR.BUI your staff is running your Office/ Business Down and mostly your REPUTATION .

My mom has a referral here. I have tried calling to schedule for the past thirty minutes and someone has picked up just to hang up on me.

Had a Hysterectomy in June, everything was great! She is now seeing my youngest for our first grandbaby, great doctor, caring, informative. Glad to have found her.

Definitely not recommend Dr. Bui nor all the other doctors that work for her! Had a Horrible experience since the begin of my pregnancy, i had preeclampsia & diabetes she let me swell in one week i gained 15 pounds which is unacceptable. Ended up with a c-section after 23 hours of labor Felt absolutely everything from the time they start cutting. If you ever decide to go to there office just be careful. & please dont go to cyfair hospital they are no help nurses are so rude they dont care about

Worst Obgyn in Houston or in the entire planet. for that matter Does not care one tiny bit about my baby or me. Has failed to take important tests, does not show up for her appts. and is impossible to reach. Never going back! if you care for your babies and yourself DO NOT GO TO THIS SO CALLED DOCTOR!! PLEASE GOOGLE HER FIRST AND YOU WILL SEE. I regret not doing that, I really blamed myself for not checking her out first.

Dr. Bui delivered my first child and she was really wonderful. I had a bleeding issue after I had my daughter and she jumped right on it and knew exactly what to do! I am pregnant with my second child (boy) and now I see Dr. Muolokwu and she is just as good, very friendly, explains things very well, and great with my daughter when I bring her in to appointments with me.

She is the best doctor in Cypress. I have good 9years experience with Dr. Bui.
