There are days that neither the doctor or secretary show up and with no prior notice. Patients just wait in uncertainty for hours. What's the point of making an appointment? No regard for people's time. Extremely unprofessional practice.

So scheduled an appointment but the doctor was sick. Instead of calling me to let me know that the appointment was cancelled, I had to drive 30 minutes to and from the office. Dr. Nydia Fontanez's practice is unprofessional, please go elsewhere.
