Dr. Numa Lee, DDS

Had all upper teeth pulled. Had no problems until I got a second bill almost a year later. Everybody knew my limit hzzd been reached with insurance company. Still quoted me a price which I paid day of surgery. Almost a year later I got another bill. Called them and set up payment plan. Then they turned it over to collection company. Never inform me that they had changed billing company.

I was referred to Dr. Lee by my dentist for oral surgery. Dr. Lee and his staff were very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly which put me at ease before my procedure. Dr. Lee is highly skilled and I would certainly recommend his practice to anyone having oral surgery. At my follow up appointment he answered my questions and I was encouraged to call the office if I had any additional questions or concerns. I would give Oyster Point Oral and Facial Surgery and Outstanding 5 star rating.

I really appreciate the care i received during my care on 10/8/19. The nurses at the front was helpful and pleasant. The oral surgeon Dr.Numa Lee as a pleasant personality. He explain what's the best care for you. And this make me feel comfortable and not scared like sone other dentist visit. I sugically take my wisdom tooth out during the procedure the nurses constantly checking up on you making sure i am doing ok and that a plus right there in customer service. The surgeon and his assistant explains as he is taking my tooth out letting me know what he was doing and that also make me comfortable. My surgery was a success. I ferl no pain just a little pressure. I will recommend any one to give them a visit.

I waited almost a month for an appointment. I received no communication from the office until the day before my surgery. The staff advised me that it is THEIR RULE that I have someone wait in their lobby during my procedure. I had no time to arrange for this and it's not necessary to have my family/friends uncomfortable just to appease this office. I had arranged to be dropped off and picked up. The staff told me that was not an option. Last time I checked, I hired and paid for my dental services, not the other way around. You cannot expect people to do as YOU wish and especially with NO notice.

Staff and Dr very professional yet warm and friendly. Went over exactly what was going to happen and asked if I had any questions. Team very knowledgeable about the process. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee to others!

Dr. Lee is a very kind and caring surgeon. He is able to work well with elderly patients with age related issues. He always does what is in the best interest of his patient. The staff at Dr. Lee’s office are also to be commended for their roles in assisting Dr. Lee. They are also very competent and compassionate individuals. Without them, Dr. Lee wouldn’t be able to carry out his duties as a surgeon. Should my father or I need the care of an oral and maxillofacial surgeon again. Dr. Lee and his staff are the best ! I have issues with anxiety especially dental procedures. They make all those issues disappear with their compassionate care. Just returned home from a tooth extraction and left the office with a great send home with all the things I need to recover. Dr. Lee has a great plan to put my dental health back on track. Just a note... the only reason our wait time was a little long is because Dr. Lee was in surgery and it took a little longer than expected. Thanks

I submitted the online form ahead of time, our appointment was at 3:00 PM, at 3:55 they called my name, I went in in the exam room and stayed there alone for over an hour, the staff members kept saying that Dr. Lee is in an emergency and when I peeked out the door he was standing and talking with no gloves on, he kept standing in the hallway and talking to one of the staff members for over 20 minutes after I already waited for over an hour. I took my paper work and left.
