I saw his partner, Dr Friedman which was awesome. Very helpful and caring. UNLIKE their staff. They're very unprofessional, and care free. They DO NOT return phone calls, will not relay messages and talk to you like an idiot over the phone. If it wasn't for the staff I would still be seeing her.

Dr. Ghattas' staff was rude, unprofessional and informed me that no one would return my calls. Why? Because I inquired about why my 85 year old mother was having surgery. As long as my mother was compliant they were fine charging her insurance. After I interceded they would not answer any questions, quoting HIPPA compliance. My mother is hard of hearing and when I was informed by her that she did not understand what procedure was being done, she asked me to call and gave me permission.
