How do you mess up this much?
The incompetence from bottom to top at Dr. Ona’s office is absolutely astounding. Calling my prescriptions into the wrong pharmacy TWICE in one day! After being given the right information at the office and on the phone twice!!! How? Never again. I’m afraid I’ll never get my prescriptions. You got to laugh if you don’t want to cry. Incredibly bad.

Mostly AMAZING!
I absolutely love Ashley, the P.A. here. I literally trust her with everything and trust her medical advice. Dr. Ona is also very knowledgeable and listens well. He is patient and kind. The office is ran efficiently most of the time. Wait time is typically not bad unless you walk in. There were some hiccups after Covid but who didn't have them. I have never had problems with billing or office staff in my 4 years going there. My only complaint is there has been a couple of times Dr. Ona was slow on getting information to the insurance companies for prescription preauthorization/approval.

Dr. Ona and his staff are very personable and competent, but his front office personnel are the most rude, unprofessional staff I have ever encountered ever.

My daughter and our family has been going to Dr Ona for twenty years. Recently my daughter had a miscarriage and because her Hcg levels were continuing to rise she went back to have her level checked again. Thank God she was able to get the lab values from the lab because the first time she did not hear from Dr Ona’s office for five days after she had got the results from the lab. This last blood lad had urgent on the lab results because in addition to her pregnancy lab being elevated her liver labs were also elevated! Thank God she has medical knowledge and common sense she went to the ER and was told she has an ectopic pregnancy. If she had to wait five days before Dr Ona’s office called her about the labs she could have died! She had made an appointment with an OB/GYN but they wouldn’t see her until December even though they knew what was happening. Again the medical world failed. I would not recommend Dr Ona to anybody.

Dr. Ona is a great Doctor and I will continue to see him. However.... I needed to stop by the office for a short exam...more or less a discussion for a RX renewal. When I called to inquire about the RX renewal I was advised to just "stop by" that it wouldn't take long. After 90 minutes in the waiting room I had to ask for a co-pay refund so I could return to work. When I asked for a refund I was advised that 3 more people were in offices waiting....so I assume that would have meant another 30 minutes on top of the 90...? I wasted a 60 minute round trip commute and 90 min's in the waiting room for absolutely nothing. I guess I can take more time off work to "stop by" the office.

Dr. Ona has been my personal physician for over 20 years. He always takes time to talk with me about my issues. Dr. Ona referred me to an endocrinologist, Dr. Arkin - one of the best in his field, and the results and recommendations from Dr. Arkin were exactly the same as from Dr. Ona. I have always trusted Dr. Ona's recommendations and do so now more than ever. I believe he is sufficiently up to date on the advancements in health care for my health needs.

Dr Ona is a great dr. I have recommended him to a lot of people. The only problem I have is the last time I was sick I called to see him and they had no spots for the sick until a week later. They said I could walk in that there were only 4 people ahead of me including walkins and APPTS . I went out there and waited from 1:30 until 5 before they called me in. They called at least 15 if not 20 before me. I was very disappointed. Still did not see dr Ona . Saw his PA.

Norvin has been our family doctor for over 10yrs. He's been there for us during some pretty long and rough times. He's a patient's doctor - compassionate, friendly, patient and listens well.
