Dr. Norman Latov, MD

This was my first visit with D. Latov. He’s a very fine, old school physician - patient and thorough in the way a doctor’s visit should be. Lots of questions asked & answered. Will have a follow up visit shortly to see what he recommends based on the test results. I will probably have some questions, but would trust his judgement and recommendations.

I give Dr. Latov a 5 star rating. He is very patient and listens to all your problems. His knowledge of Neurological conditions is at the highest level. If you have a problem I strongly encourage you to make an appointment with Dr. Latov.

Dr. Norman Latov was the 3rd neurologist who finally gave me a diagnosis of CIDP. I had severe burning of my right foot with some concomitant numbness. Dr. Latov explained what it is and some treatment options to help with my painful symptoms. He also said there is no cure yet. That was about 23 years ago! He has treated me since. I highly recommend Dr. Latov for this disease or any neurological diseases he treats. He is very knowledgeable and competent and easy to speak with if any questions. Dr. Latov is also involved in his research related to CIDP. The staff at The Neuropathy Center has been very helpful and nice and gave lots of good advice to me over the years.

Dr. Latov delved into my complex neurologic condition and provided a viable treatment approach which is reasonable and encouraging. He has a pleasant demeanor, accommodating and friendly.

Dr. Latov was warm and made me feel very comfortable. His exam was comprehensive and I felt I was in capable hands. I look forward to the follow up appointment.

Dr Latov is thorough, proactive and compassionate. He listens a d does not rush or dismiss. His support staff also great. They are helpful ,so courteous and quick to respond.

I truly don’t know what I would do without Dr. Latov! He’s extremely intelligent and highly knowledgeable regarding my type neuropathy. I just wish I could live closer so I could have more in office appointments.

Dr Latov is exceptional!

Dr. Latov was very thorough during my appointment for small fiber peripheral neuropathy. He explains things well, and has a very nice bedside manner. He has referred me for a biopsy and blood work for high serum B6, which no one has been concerned about before, so I feel he is trying to understand my neuropathy better. He also recommended an OTC drug for neuropathy pain, which I will certainly try. I was impressed with his knowledge, and would definitely recommend him, and will go to him again.
