Dr. Norma Waite, MD

My first visit with Dr. Waites office was unfortunately not pleasant. I didn't feel as though my Initial consultation was not thorough. Dr Waite never asked me questions, she wrote orders from recommendations that I mentioned I've had in the past from prior doctors. Her office called and told me that all my results were fine but that the doctor wanted to have a $75 phone consultation with me anyway. I denied the services only to get a call returned two days later telling me they "thought" all my results were fine but they are not and I really should come in for a consultation. This obviously caught me by surprise because I was just told all was well. I could never get straight answers out of anyone from the office and Dr Waite never called me herself therefore I requested a release of medical records and found another provider.

Dr. Waite has been my physician for years. I could not have had a better physician.

When you visit a doctor, you obviously have lots of questions. Well I didn't receive any answers. Actually she gave me wrong diagnosis. Also, I got a bill with extra charges for tests I didn't request totaling over $2500. Then she had the gaul to force me to come in for another office visit to get this incorrect diagnosis or pay $70 for a phone call. I've tried to reach doctor Norma's office (left 3 messages), no success and no returned calls. Office visit wait time was literally 90 minutes

I heard about Dr Norma Waite because she had excellent reviews, so I traveled from Tampa to see her. I visited for a gynecological consult for an issue I'm having. From start to finish, my experience was amazing. The staff was friendly and professional. And Dr Waite was warm and welcoming. She made me feel like everything was going to be okay. The quality of medical testing and review was very informative and I felt very comfortable with Dr. Waite. Only waited 20-25 minutes to be seen, normal. I was satisfied with staff performance. It's easy to book and cancel appointments, fast service. Thorough.
