I'm sure Dr. Perez is wonderful, just wish I got to actually meet her. The office had me waiting 2 hours and I still hadn't seen the doctor. I just rescheduled and left. Never going back there again.

Refuses to see patients
I requested services and Dr Norma Perez refused to see me. This is a recorded line, I was never rude or disrespectful however the secretary reaffirmed to me that the Dr was refusing to see me.

Excellent!
I truly love this doctor. Not only she is very professional and know how to communicate with her patients, but Dr. Pérez-Torres takes her time while attending you. She really cares about your health and you as a human being; she listens. Also, she explains everything regarding your health in a very simple way, so you can understand the overall picture. Being a cancer patient myself this a very very important doctor-patient dynamic. For me she is definitely the old school approach! We need more doctors like her out there these days! Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, Dr. Norma and keep doing what your are doing.

The doctor is very kind and very interested in helping with all health issues. She takes her time to explain exams and it’s very attentive to the patients needs. She does not rush while performing exams. She show she cares about the well-being of her patients. I highly recommend her and will continue to use her as my primary physician.

bad experience ,she doesn't know how talk to people.I was waiting for two and 1\2 hours At the end she refused to see me.it looks like they over book patients and we have to wait for hours to be seen.dr Perez said to me that she can't do any thing because she doesn't own the clinic and she ask to get another primary dr I did not appreciate that comment after I wait outside for 2 1/2 hours.
