Rushes appointments and still runs late?
Telehealth
Rushes through appointments, asks all of 2 questions and sends you on your way. Doesn’t take the time to get to know you or your condition. Despite this, still waited over 90 minutes for my most recent appointment.

I’ve been with Dr. Henriquez for a little over three years. DR. Henriquez you have saved my life in so many ways!!! Thank you for all you do and your staff is totally awesome.

Waited over 25 minutes for my 1st visit
Can you imagine? My first visit and the doctor is over 25 minutes late and the front desk person is hostile with me because I want an ETA? Just the absolute nasty gall. Don't go to her.

When I moved to the area, this is one of the few doctors I could find who was accepting patients, so I scheduled an appointment. All I wanted was a doctor who would continue to fill my prescription, which I have been on for years. I provided my insurance information and was told it would cost me $35. After I paid that amount, I was mailed a bill for $92.50. If the visit was worth anything I probably would've let it go, but it was terrible. The doctor logged on for our virtual appointment nearly 45 minutes late with no explanation or apology. After talking to me briefly in this one session, she tried to change my diagnosis (which came from a psychologist I saw for multiple years and was verified by a secondary psychologist early on) and she asked me to switch my medication. I've called to ask about the additional charges multiple times, left messages, and never get any response. I would not recommend going here to anyone.

She does not return phone calls on a regular basis as noted by her staff and patients. Very frustrating! I would not recommend her as my Dr.

She is absolutely the best Psychiatric Dr I have seen and been treated by in Florida. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't be stable with consistency.
