Dr. Zambrana has been my primary doctor for more than 10 years and I can assure you that she is the best doctor I have ever had in my life. I also can't complain about the staff because they are very attentive and professional. All of this makes you feel like part of a family.

I had an awful experience with the dr. DO NOT RECOMMEND HER AT ALL. My family member was diagnosed, and she did not give us any guidance on what to do or help us out at all, despite us calling multiple times. We had to go to the hospital just to get some answers. We were ignored and left vulnerable during a very difficult time. She had no empathy or human decency towards us. Very disappointing experience that someone in the medical field meant to help during this time was so neglectful.

Dr. Zambrana is an excellent doctor. You can feel authentic concern for her patients. She is thorough and very pleasant. I’ve been seeing her for a while now, and I’m grateful to have her as my doctor.

Unfortunately I haven't seen Dr Zambrana because the level of service I received from her staff (Esther) was atrocious. I walked out. Rude is an understatement! To think I'm a new patient - she closed the slide window as soon as I walked in. Who does that to patients! Bad first impression. Then she told me they couldn't see me though she gave me the appointment time the prior day. I was told by colleague that staff was no good and now I have my own exp! will never go back. Shame!

This review is not a reflection of Dr. Zambrana - she is a wonderful doctor. Her office staff has obviously not been trained properly, or they are incompetent. Expect the following when contacting the office. I will not be returning to her practice for the following reasons: - Long wait times when calling the office - Unexpected changes in policy; failure to notify patients of changes - If a referral is needed, you will need to see her first, no exceptions. Just a heads up...
